Alright… alright…

Wow… the first work by Alan the Box. That was very very stupid. And bad. But I understand that it was making fun of the stupidity and bad-, uh -ity of many of the cartoons submitted to Newgrounds. You'll probably never read this, as this is your first flash and probably long forgotton in a dark corner in the archives of your great mind, I make it a habit of reviewing most submissions I vote on or feel presents a great milestone or example in the histories of completely awesome or extremely bad submissions to Newgrounds.

You wouldn't believe how many of many submissions have gotten blammed because some drooling four year olds with nothing else to do have blammed my work, all because they feel that they feel they will get blam experiance points for it. NEWSFLASH, EVERYONE: even if you have helped blam forty thousand entries and are an level two lutendant with a fetish for senseless violence, have Eurotomania and Optophobia, IT DOESN"T MEAN CRAP UNLESS YOU HAVE EVER WORKED ON FLASH. SO GET YOUR BUTT OVER TO THE MACROMEDIA WEBSITE, OR EVEN TO YOUR CLOSEST FILE SHARING PROGRAM, AND DOWNLOAD A COPY OF FLASH AND SEE HOW YOU[ YEAH YOU ] FEEL, WHEN, AFTER WEEKS OF HARD WORK, YOUR WORK GETS BLAMMED!!!!

First of all, I would just like to say, "whoa." where did you get those clips!??!

The first one looked PAINFULL. The dude that got kicked must have been a HUGE asswhole, just to provoke someone kicking him like that. The dude that kicked him was prolly on his period or something to cause he was pretty irratable that day!

That last clip was CUH-RAY-ZEE! I sure hope that was a dummy. And if it was then that was some great editing!

Oh, and about create-a-ride, I totally agree with you. GET IT OFF THE FRONT PAGE!! I GOT TIRED OF IT THE FIRST TIME I PLAYED!!

Umm… well I already reveiwed part one, and I would just like to tell you that that part at the end was very funny! I wanted to add that the frame rate seemed kin of low, though I would guess this was a sacrifice made to lower the file size, and the lack of music was slightly annoying. Otherwise, great, and I feel like this was something worthwile to watch.

I am astonished! This was one of the first submissions to newgrounds, centered almost completely around violence that I thouroly enjoyed, besides David Firth's "Milkman". Thanks a lot, and I am looking foward to enjoying part 2! In fact, as I write this, I am clicking the play button.

The graphics look pretty nice, and if this will explain [even if it is like some "unofficial" explanation] when they went from clones to storm troopers, this will make me happy. The action looks pretty good, and you obviously are a Star Wars fan.

I am a devoted fan of all of Jhonen Vasquez's work [Have you checked out the new fillerbunny? I just got it today!], and though I don't think that this was the least astounding, I could say that I would appreciate this animation as a kind of rough draft for a final product. I enjoyed the presentation, the way you cut from action to text, and your choice of backround audio. I highly suggest that you make another version of this animation with more effort, while incorperating those same ideas.

Now some criticism; first off, as you already explained and i already addresed, the graphics were completely unacceptable. Number two; WHY THE HECK WAS NNY BRIGHT YELLOW!?!? I understand that this was a half-assed, spur of the moment project, but this isn't a freaking episode of the simpsons. Third, I would like a little bit more action. Action you provided was a good partial outline of what was happeninf, but I would just like to see more happening. I understod that it was only little bits of action because that created a mood, but it kind of jumped foward with a couple of the shots. The continuity was messed up.

Finally, a suggestion. If you do make this into something bigger and better, how about a little backstory. Though Johhny needs very little explanation for killing somebody, he usually needs some. Just let us know what it is. That wouldn't hurt.

That's it so i guess I will keep browsing and blamming, and I am looking foward to seeing if you are going to elaborate and improve on this particular project. Good luck!

LOVE IT GUYS!!!!!!! That was the one of the best submissions i have ever seen on newgrounds, or by many ameture filmmakers that i have seen at all! Mainly because of the editing. It was seriously great, I spent like a week trying to put something together that MY friends and I had made, and it wasn't nearly as smooth. Not to mention the overall mood of the video, which was great, I was smiling the whole time. Oh, and anyway, what program were you using to edit?

I used this sony vaio computer exclusive program movie shaker. AWESOME for trimming but thats it. Generally a lacking program. Also, i really never get what's so great about the editing in this. Do i just have some talent that makes it easy for me, or is movie shaker a good program?

What? I don't undrstand. There was obviously no intended humour. The sound was absolutely lacking. You were obviously trying to replicate the chacter disgn from the madness series, and oh my god, do you even have the slightest understanding of chronology in Star Wars? I am trying not to saound like a dork here, but what the heck? Stormtroopers and seperatist battle droids? rebels and destroyer droids? I don't get it, and I don't understand if that was meant to be a parody or a poor replication of the highlights of the series. Never mind. This just kind sucked. Oh, and work on your sound.
